FEARnet’s Original Series “Holliston” – Season 2 Premieres Tuesday, June 4 at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT

FEARnet’s first original scripted television show, the horror/comedy HOLLISTON, returns for a raucous second season on Tuesday, June 4 (10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT), promising even more irreverent humor, shocking special effects and guest appearances from a variety of genre icons. Starring Adam Green (HATCHET, FROZEN) and Joe Lynch (KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM, WRONG TURN 2), HOLLISTON is set in Green’s real life hometown of Holliston, Massachusetts, and follows the daily exploits of Adam and Joe—two aspiring horror filmmakers, dealing with the struggles of post-college life and relationships, while trying to make their big break in the business. With relatable storylines inspired by Green’s own experiences, HOLLISTON is as heartfelt as it is hilarious.

The talented ensemble cast includes Corri English (UNREST, DEVIL MAY CALL, lead singer of Brokedown Cadillac), Laura Ortiz (THE HILLS HAVE EYES, HAPPY ENDINGS), Dave Brockie (alien frontman “Oderus Urungus” from the heavy metal band GWAR), and Dee Snider (Twisted Sister, ALL-STAR CELEBRITY APPRENTICE).

The upcoming season of HOLLISTON is full of firsts for the series, exploring different mediums within the genre and taking the show to a wide range of unexpected places. Highlights include the series’ first animated episode, that sees the town attacked by a giant blob; a RINGU-inspired J-Horror episode; musical performances by the talented cast; a Found Footage episode; and an episode that sees the town overtaken by a zombie outbreak. The second season will also feature some surprising twists and developments for the four friends that will have a major impact on their lives and leave viewers wanting more.

Season two is loaded with appearances from genre stars such as Bill Moseley (TEXAS CHAINSAW), Kane Hodder (HATCHET III), Sid Haig (THE LORDS OF SALEM), David Naughton (AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON), Danielle Harris (NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD: ORIGINS 3D) and Bailee Madison (DON’T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK).

As an added bonus for those viewers who might have missed the first season of HOLLISTON, FEARnet will re-air all six episodes in May, with a full season one marathon on June 4, to whet fans’ appetites and get them all caught up just in time for the season two premiere. To benefit fans who are unable to experience the show on Tuesday nights, for the first time ever, each week’s episode will be streamed on FEARnet.com starting Thursday, June 6, and will be available for a seven day period. Fans can also catch up on episodes on FEARnet On Demand, every Wednesday after a new episode premieres.
